Progressive Build-up of Your Practice in a Small Group
Today’s rich offerings of variety of classes of yoga studios in person and online allow us to practice whenever, wherever, but FOCUS is often missing.
By gradually working on a particular theme, our yoga asana practice becomes more sustainable, sweeter, safer and firm in its foundation. We improve our body awareness and spend more time in the "flow zone of moving meditation”. We can reach our goals faster!
I invite you to explore the concept of four-week practice. Over four consecutive classes, we explore a particular theme and gradually build up your experience from different perspectives in a consistent way.
Each week, you will enjoy a complete 75 min yoga practice incorporating intelligent combination of physical poses (asanas), breath work (pranayama) and guided relaxation. All this in a small group of maximum 8 participants allowing for more personalized guidance in your practice in safe and friendly environment.
Progressively you will develop more strength and flexibility, improve your body awareness and explore the subtler benefits of yoga practice that will help you quieten your mind, bring more clarity and connect with your true Self, spilling your yoga experience from the mat to your daily life.
The physical aspect of WEDNESDAY SESSIONS tend to be more dynamic and better fit for improvers with prior yoga experience or those seeking to improve strength and stability.
FRIDAY SESSIONS take into consideration yogis' state at the end of the work week and explore the softer, nurturing side of yoga making them truly accessible yet profound.
